Ethically raised with love on our regenerative farm. Holistically managed, rotated through a mix of forest & pasture (what is referred to as silvopasture). We strive to have our happy pigs forage as much as possible and we supplement with a local, certified organic grain & legume mix (no soy, no corn, non GMO, no glyphosate). This means your pork products are not only delicious, but they are extremely nutrient-dense and a bioavailable source of omega 3s (whereas conventional pork is higher in omega 6s from cheap grains, soy, and corn - has little to no marbling and next to no taste!).
We will arrange for your free delivery to drop spots on select dates in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Airdrie, or Cochrane closer to the harvest date. Alternatively, you can pick up from our farm near Sundre and get a free farm tour!
We do prefer e-transfer to reduce costs for our small business. Please contact us to place your order that way, or to inquire about payment plans.
*Harvest date options running all year. Once your deposit is placed, we will contact you directly to schedule your harvest date and to choose your cutting options. Please allow for an extra 2-4 weeks processing time at the butcher after your harvest date. We will contact you again to give you the drop date options once we hear that the pigs are almost ready at the butcher. If the drop date options don't work for you, you must send someone to pick up on your behalf, or else come and pick up on-farm within 1 week after your order is ready. Remainder of payment is due upon delivery, once we have your final weights from the butcher; you may pay by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Please note that we can only issue any deposit refunds up until your harvest date.
